Weiss Design Group, Inc. was founded and incorporated in 1993 by Brenda Weiss. Originally the focus of the design firm was healthcare design, but has expanded over the years to include residential and commercial, including spas, medi-spas.

Both Décor Enterprises’ “Room x Room Design” and “Fix Ugly Rooms” (www.fixuglyrooms.com) are the creations of Brenda Weiss. Having 20 years of experience in interior design, Brenda is now taking her extensive design knowledge and talent to a new level, with both websites. “Room x Room Design” is targeted for those who wish more in depth and personalized assistance with their design projects, rather than a few helpful suggestions to either give them a direction or to keep them on track, as Fix Ugly Rooms intends to do.

Brenda’s background which includes a Masters of Science degree in Counseling from Boston University. She also holds Bachelors degrees in Education and Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelors degree in Interior Design from Florida International University. Among her extended educational credentials are certifications in healthcare design from Harvard’s Graduate School of Design. Brenda is licensed to practice Interior Design by the State of Florida’s Board of Architecture. She is a full member of the American Society of Interior Design, and also is a member of EDRA, the Environmental Design Research Association.
